We pride ourselves on using Jumping Llama Blend certified Rain Forest Alliance which benefits the farmers, their workers, the community and the environment. Mars Hill cafe is proud to use a custom built Synesso from Seattle to make all of our espresso based beverages. Our decafe is also RFA, and is a single origin Swiss water process Mexican coffee.
We create coffee's of a wide descriptions. All of our espresso based coffee's are a blend of South American and Central American single origin beans. Whether you order a flat white or one of our layered flavoured specialty drinks they are all made from the same exclusive blend. Occasionally we have a single origin on offer, or join us for one of our coffee cuppings/tastings. Where else in Western Sydney can you have a Siphon, Chemex Slo Brew or a Traditional Cupping.

We have a large range of vegetarian and gluten free food for you to choose from as well as all of your favourite dishes. Our food is prepared on site from fresh ingredients and we also have our specials board for something delicious and fresh.
